The initial chat will be via zoom (or a phone call). Please get in touch to book - you have nothing to lose (and everything to gain!).
We suggest this is held at your premises for obvious reasons. We are happy to be covert in relation to staff or entirely transparent, again your choice, however you prefer.
Typically we will prepare a written report delivered one to one at the venue of your choice, whatever the brief we will provide experienced and pithy insight into what we believe the solutions will be. In terms of follow through, again the choice of delivery is at your whim. Should you wish for extended commitment we will be available to deliver ongoing training and analysis, or if you wish to deliver the solutions yourself we are happy to assist.
Over the decades of loving this workplace environment we have developed creative strategies and novel ways of solving problems. This experience is what we offer our discerning customer base. The years and years of been there, done that, so we can assist in improving your bottom line rapidly.
All the technical aspects of the improvement plan will be discussed at length to ensure acceptance and agreement that we have assessed your requirements correctly.
Once the plan of action has been signed off and agreed, we can brief senior management on the execution of the plan so they can lead the way in delivery. Or equally we are happy to take a hands on approach and help with this, the choice is completely yours.
Each project is bespokely costed depending on requirements and length of contracts. It can be as little as a half day meeting and advice, to a short, mid or long term monthly retainer agreement. We are open and flexible depending on your business needs and budgets that you have to work with.
In the majority of cases with the hospitality industry results can come quickly once changes have been put in place. From customer satisfaction to cost savings and staff development, these can all be put in place and actioned quickly after a plan has been signed off.
We would suggest a review meeting to discuss the productive results one month from commencement, then each month thereafter to discuss results and changes that may need tweaking to make things even better.
