This country pub set in the Kent countryside was relaunched in 2012 after an extensive refurbishment. Prior to the re-launch it had a yearly turnover of £450k.

With a key focus on local / sustainable seasonal ingredients along with consistent food delivery and service this local eatery soon became a success throughout the county of Kent customer base.

Increasing revenue to £1.4m by the end of year two, then increases year on year thereafter hitting all budgeted margins. Then early 2020 it was sold to the Balfour Wine Group.

RPCC, was very much involved at the heart of this establishment from budget guidance, supplier implementation, kitchen development and menu design / costing and staff development and training. Also assisted with social media, newsletter presence and database monitoring.
