This Latin, Asian Fusion restaurant situated in the Morgan’s Hotel NYC was hugely successful and executing over 4,000 covers per week.

RPCC assisted with refining elements of the menus so the chefs could execute a large amount of covers by still keeping the standards at the high level the customers had come to expect. By increasing the covers, the front of house flow and design needed to be tweaked to accommodate the extra customers, along with upgrading the reservation systems and staff training programmes.

All of which were implemented smoothly, ensuring the standards were maintained and, in most cases, exceeded, the average spend increased and customer retention was at an all-time high.
